About the Program
This training experience is self-led learning coupled with onboarding sessions with your team lead. Here in Rithmics Learning Center, you will learn foundational concepts via videos, articles, and hands-on projects. Then in your check-ins and shadow sessions, you will be able to reinforce and apply your knowledge. Your team lead will communicate start and completion dates for you. The training program relies on your engagement and feedback to ensure you are getting the most out of your learning experience!
