Dsco XT – Full Program
Intended for internal employees with knowledge of OrderStream and EDI who need to understand how the Dsco platform works and will be managing Dsco customer tickets using Zendesk.

Recommended timeframe is 3 weeks, about 10-12 hours per week + 2 or more weeks of shadow sessions. Reach out to your manager to confirm timeframe. Go to My Dashboard to launch course modules, starting with Orientation.

About the program
